Discribe a situation when you found it hard to be a leader.

The most recent time of struggling to be a leader for me would have to be our playoff game against Pella on Wednesday. It was a hard loss for the whole team but had to have been even harder for the senior class because it was the last game of most of their football careers. I think this was a tough situation to lead in because we only had 3:47 left on the clock in the 4th quarter when Pella scored a touchdown for the lead. This was a hard situation to lead in because one i am not known for being loud and stepping out to get peoples hopes up and two it was a lot easier to sit back, be quite, and sulk thinking about us losing. Even though we did lose there was still time to come back and even though we didn't it was still up to the team to just give up now or fight until the end. This was a tough situation because if I tried to step up that was leaving my comfort zone and that is really tough for me to do.
